Requests via form and email

We process your name, company, contact details, selected services, recipient addresses and message to answer your request and prepare a quote (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Requests that do not lead to a contract are deleted no later than 6 months after the last message. Contract and invoice data are kept for as long as statutory retention periods require (§ 147 AO, § 257 HGB: up to 10 years).

Invoicing and payment processing with Qonto

We issue and send our invoices through our business account with Qonto (18 rue de Navarin, 75009 Paris, France). For this purpose we transmit your name, company, billing address, email address, language, agreed services and amounts to Qonto. You can pay invoices by bank transfer or by card. We match incoming transfers to your invoice by payment reference (invoice number) and amount. Card payments via the payment link in the invoice email are processed by Qonto's payment partner Mollie B.V. (Amsterdam, Netherlands); you enter your card details directly on its payment page, and we do not receive them. The legal bases are the performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our statutory retention obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). Details: https://qonto.com/en/legal/privacy-policy and https://www.mollie.com/en/privacy

Identification under the Anti-Money Laundering Act

We process ID and register data to meet our legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR in conjunction with §§ 10 et seq. GwG). We keep these records for five years (§ 8(4) GwG) and delete them afterwards.
